Checkout at Francois Loustau is built to be quick and secure, so you can focus on what you're buying rather than worrying about how you're paying for it.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

How Payments Work

All payments are taken in euro (€), with the full order amount charged as soon as you place your order. Your bank may occasionally show a temporary pre-authorisation hold before the final charge settles — that's standard banking practice and not something to worry about.

Keeping Your Payment Secure

Every transaction runs through Shopify Payments, which is PCI DSS compliant and protected with SSL encryption. We never see or store your full card details — that information is handled directly between you, your bank, and our payment provider.

If Checkout Doesn't Go Smoothly

If your payment doesn't go through, double-check that your card details match what's on file with your bank, and that you've enough available balance. Still stuck? Email support@francoisloustau.com and we'll help sort it out.

Fraud Checks

We monitor for unusual order activity to keep things safe on both sides, and we may occasionally get in touch to confirm a few details before an order ships.

Taxes

Prices shown include applicable VAT for orders within Ireland, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Refunds

Refunds are returned to your original payment method — see our Returns and Refund Policy for the full process. Your bank may take a little extra time to show the funds once we've processed it.
