These are measurements of the garment itself, not body measurements. The easiest way to find your size: lay a jacket or top that fits you well flat, measure it, and compare it with the chart.

Chest is the full circumference unless marked "flat", which means measured armpit to armpit. Measurements may vary by 1–2 cm.
